  Iowa Chinese Language School will continue offer on-line Chinese classes free of charge in spring sememster 2021.

• Fall 2020 Registration

  Iowa Chinese Language School will offer on-line classes free of charge in Fall sememster 2020. Online registration has been closed. First day of class is Sept. 13th. Your teacher will contact you regarding on-line class plan. Thank you!

• 2020 School Closure in response to COVID-19

  Due to the growing number of COVID-19 cases in Iowa, the Johnston Community School District will be following that recommendation and closing schools until April 13, 2020. Our school will follow the same recommendation and closing schools until April 19. The plan is re open at April 19 but it could change based on COVID-19 situation. I will let you know when anything change.

  7月23日，驻芝加哥总领馆刘军副总领事、雷红梅领事、童越善领事和郭金月副领事一行四人来到 Des Moines,为我校胡望南老师颁发了“海外华文教师优秀奖”。

• ICLS 2013-2014 Closing Ceremony Held on May 18, 2014

  The Iowa Chinese Language School (ICLS) 2013~2014 school year closing ceremony was held on May 18, 2014 in Johnston High School. About 200 people, including teachers, students, parents, and grandparents attended the ceremony. Ms. Zhang, Qingyuan, ICLS advisory council member and director of Global Trade Finance at John Deere Credit Financial joined us and presented awards to the teachers, students and volunteers.

• 2014 Spring Festival Gala Audition

  Do you remember our students’ wonderful performance at 2013 Spring Festival celebration? The Year of Horse is approaching. Auditions will be held for the 2014 Spring Festival gala.
